2019 Lacerte Form 990 Part VI Section B line 12a: how to get the Yes box checked?

How do I get the Yes box checked in the 2019 Lacerte Form 990 Part VI Section B line 12a?? I see the input for lines 12b and 12c, but I do not see anything for line 12a. Please help!

Towards the bottom of the screen under Other info-Governance, -2nd to last question--- check the box "Organization has written conflict of interest policy"

In the "other info" tab under "governance, management, etc."  about three quarters down on the screen check the box "Officers, directors, trustees. etc are required to disclose...."

    I did that, but it still didn't mark the 12a box Yes
