When I create a new client, I can send the Intuit Link invitation with the engagement letter, questionnaire, and checklist. However, If I got a client in 2018 and sent the 2018 engagement letter, how do I send 2019 engagement letter to the same client?
When you create a new request under Lacerte, you should see an option to Edit the Engagement Letter for someone who had previously accepted an invitation. Do you not see that option?
