2019 amendment for refund due date

Just discovered the guy preparing Trust and Individual returns for a new client to me screwed up the returns over many years.  Since the 2019 return due date got pushed to July 15th 2020, do I have until July of 2023 to file and amendment for 2019?  Thanks in advance!
