2014 Tax Return Question from A New User

I'm new to Lacerte and fairly new to tax prep. I have a client who hasn't filed a return since 2013. Is it best to enter 2014 first into 2014 Lacerte then continue to roll each year into the next? Or is there a better way to do it? If I need to start with 2014 software where can I go to download it?

Start with 2014. From your current year, download the prep file and put it in the /14tax folder, just like your prep file is in the /19 folder. Do the subsequent years (15, 16 , 17, 18) if you have not yet done them. You download the earlier years in your "my account"
