Can you assign someone with basic intelligence to create a 1040NR client letter that is usable? Current one is a piece of trash that is an embarrassment to your Company.

      This is a user supported forum. Posting here does not reach the powers in charge of such things.

      YOU have the ability to edit every letter to suit your needs. Settings > Client Letter. 

      Screen 5.2 allows to edit a specific clients letter. Probably not best solution.

        Stop beating around the bush and tell us what you really think. 

        There's a place somewhere here to post suggestions, but no one pays attention to those either.
