1040-X 2023 Plus Form 8606

I have not completed a 1040-X lately. It looks like I can do this electronically through Lacerte vs. paper and this is to correct the reporting of an after tax IRA contribution. Does the client sign a different form to authorize the submission of this return?

8879 form just like any e-file return.
