How do I change the date on the 1040 voucher to July 15, 2020 and the 1st Qtr estimated tax voucher to July 15, 2020

The actual official form cant be changed, even the one at IRS website to download still shows the old dates.

Ive been writing it in with a pen for those clients that cant be bothered to read the client letter and filing instructions.
