The deceased has an attorney as the court appointed personal representative. Is Lacerte forcing this to be a paper filed return? There is a refund going to the estate. There is no need for a 1310 but it looks like Lacerte won't let me file this electronically.

thx

You have to fill out an erroneous Form 1310 to get it to e-file. No one's appointed, no one's gonna be appointed, I agree to get the money to the right place.

I think this is an IRS limitation, but I'm not 100% sure.

I am reading that the Rep is deceased:

<<deceased personal representative.>>

You need a living Rep.
