1 form 568 for TP, and 1 Form 568 for Spouse (not generated)

TP and Spouse, each an SMLLC, and each is a separate business.

Only the TP 568 is being generated.

Lacerte guidance:   Each SMLLC has to have own EIN in order to be e-filed from Lacerte.

 

But neither has an EIN and neither needs one.

Both Forms 568 were being generated. The way to see them is with the drop-down box in the upper middle of the form.
