This tax season we are offering an amazing new feature to Contacting Support! Lacerte Tax 2021 has launched a Digital Assistant inside your Search Panel.
The Digital Assistant will help find answers to most common tax and product questions. If the answer is not there or not helpful, the Assistant will allow you to Ask the Community or Contact Support by entering a direct Callback Number. Callback requests are handled first come, first serve.
The more frequently you interact with the Digital Assistant, the faster it learns, and we can quickly improve the answers available to you.
The Digital Assistant can be accessed 24/7. Callbacks are available within our normal phone support hours.
