As the deadline approaches and development of the Connecticut Composite and Pass-Through Entity forms remain in progress, we would like to ensure that you have the most current information to assist you in making informed decisions for your clients.

Connecticut Forms - In Progress:

  • Form CT-1065: Connecticut Composite Income Tax Return
  • Form CT-1120SI: Connecticut Composite Income Tax Return
  • Form CT-PET: Connecticut Pass-Through Entity Return

Extension Details:

Update! Connecticut recently announced, "...given the delay by the DRS in making these forms available to software companies, DRS will agree to to forgo otherwise applicable penalty and interest provided taxpayers file the applicable returns(s) and pay the associated liabilities in full by April 15, 2025. This initiative will also include extensions of time to file Form CT-1065/CT-1120SI and Form CT-PET."
