Intuit Tax Advisor- Lacerte Planner

Intuit Tax Advisor question. We have been using the Tax Planner but are trying Intuit Tax Advisor instead. If someone can help us understand the Client Tab.

We are not sure how the very few (5) clients got into Clients Tab.

By the looks of it we do plan to only go direct to Plans Tab but not sure how to remove those few clients that somehow got into the Clients Tab or how they got in there in the first place?? I know it is to see if they are fit for planning but out of over 1000 clients how did the 5 show up there?

    Interesting. Did you get an answer?  If so, how?  I want to know the best place to get answers for these unique questions.
