Import Credit card transactions into Quickbooks desktop

When trying to download credit card transactions from Bank Of America, I only seem to obtain the finance charges and payments on the account-none of the credit card charges?? 

The only way I am able to obtain the charges are if I request it as a CSV file. This is a LOT more work!

How can I get all credit card transactions imported into my Quickbooks desktop file????
