Estimated tax payment plan - credit can't be deleted

See 2024 Residential Energy Credit can't be deleted from the 2025 baseline column.  Any workarounds for this bug?

Can you put it as a negative on one of the lines that you CAN change.  Not ideal but at the least numbers would net each other out.
