Credit Disapeard

Imported and selected my personal tax return to test the system.

 Hit the blue start planning button, got a red unable to save tax plan please try again and a green you do not need credit for this client. and poof, the credit was gone and no tax plan.

Tried it with another client.

My comments would be repetitive to what others are saying.
