Wrong state selected with the program and having issues adjusting
The initial representatives provided me good service but our time elapse because of a meeting I had. The next one, from Customer service didn't care about me or my issues, but only to tell me that it was too late to fix the issue when the previous Technical service rep said it could be adjusted. So I hung up and called back and asked for the customer service for the technical side and was hand held through the process. The last tech rep provided me and understood the issue I was having, and went through proper channels to request permission and guidance to rectify the issue, Now i can use the product as I need to.
