Vermont Fiduciary Form FIT-166, Line 1a not working
Since Form 5329 is not fully programmed for the federal fiduciary program, there there needs to be a direct input field for Part II, Line 1a, tax on lump-sum distributions for Vermont Form FIT-166. Currently, the amount is not carrying from screen 42, Code 14, and as a result, the Vermont return must be filed on paper, contrary to Vermont's instructions.
This could also be resolved by actually programming the Form 5329 in the fiduciary program!
