Updates aren't being pushed through for Lacerte 2025
I have had several returns that were rejected when I tried to e-file them because I received a message that there was an update. The Background update feature is enabled but the updates aren't pushing through. I have to run the initial WebSetup.exe file to get the updates to push through.
I am able to receive updates for Lacerte 2024 but not Lacerte 2025. Any ideas?
