update - what's new with Lacerte

After updating Lacerte - the splash screen should address "what's new" on the most recent update and not all that is new in 202X.   There is no value after seeing the same for more than a few times.

    It used to work that way. You could also see what was being updated before you downloaded the update.

    They decided we don't need to know.
