Update Email or Changelog

I would like to request a newsfeed/email for when you do software updates.  Today I had a rejection because I filed a tax return that was rejected because the forms were updated a day later by ProConnect.  I would have rather checked the update email or newsfeed to see that I may need to re-file rather than bug customer service.

ProConnect is on-line/cloud based.  Therefore always up-to-date.  Right?

Or are you using some other software?

I've been told by Customer Service Agents that they do push updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays so they don't make updates live immediately.  There are changes often including forms that need updating.
