Unwanted MFA prompts
I have MFA turned off in my account. Nevertheless, I occasionally still get the prompts. This is causing a huge problem in my office. My data entry assistant has her own stand-alone computer (not networked). If she gets an MFA prompt and she clicks to get the code the text comes to my phone, not hers. There is no way currently to get it to her phone. This is not a problem if I am in the office. However, If I am not available and she can't contact me she cannot work. This is a big problem, as you might imagine. I should not be getting these prompts to begin with, but if I am stuck with them please program the prompt to allow either my email (which she is able to access) or a second phone number so that the text will come to her phone and not mine. This phone number would be included in my Lacerte account so you would know it is valid. Right now this system sucks. I am certainly not the only sole practitioner who uses an assistant for data entry. I pay enough for this software, it should make my life easier, not more difficult.
