Underpayment penalty for Metro and Multnomah Taxes doesn't calculate
For a company as large as Intuit, there should be no calculations that need to be done manually. The program should auto-calculate underpayment penalties for the OR Metro Supportive Housing (MET-40) and the Multnomah Country Preschool For All (MC-40) taxes. Our old software did this fine, so it's simple laziness
