Unbelievable and unacceptable
I have an s corp client who has to epay in California. We mark the box for epay, The wording on the letter is right but you print vouchers. It is very easy to slip up and send them the vouchers and they get a large penalty. Please fix this. If they have to epay, no vouchers should be printed. I am sure it was not like this last year.
Not only that, but there is no one to take a complaint on the phone. I doubt you will look at this or respond..
