TN bill SB2103/HB1893 that needs TN franchise tax amendments for 2021-2023
TN has passed franchise tax bill SB2103/HB1893 that allows S corporations, partnerships with TN franchise taxes to file amendments for 2021-2023 and seek a refund.
The due date provided for this by TN is upto November 30, 2024.
Will need Lacerte's help with product updates to do the amendments of TN franchise tax for clients.
