What are the reasons to adjust the time?

Thanks for the idea to adjust time spent on return. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".

@NonaFisher Are you importing the time into a billing module?  How are you using the time spent information?

Total time spent working on returns is monitored to determine if our form billing fees are accurate and/or if the fees need to be adjusted in future years. Monitoring time spent on returns also allows us to determine if a tax client is a "problem client" and if a "problem client" does management need to release the client from future services.
