the number of times it takes to log in the program
The problems that we are having with the program is mind boggling. We have to try to log in two - three and sometimes are not able to log in. Furthermore, I was locked out of the program when I changed my password on a Friday and was not able to get back in until Monday. My productivity has dipped a tremendously.
