The ITO ProConnect pdf tax organizer should be interactive

Another idea that won't affect me, but if nobody votes, Intuit may put an end to democracy here.

I have had multiple clients call in to try to figure out how to edit the pdf.  Our portal would allow them to edit inside the portal if the PDF was a fillable form.  At this point, I am telling them it is more of a checklist to make sure they have all their information. The download feature is also awful.  Took 3 employees 3 days to download all our worksheets and move them to portal for clients. Clients already complain about needing login to portal, I can't have another login to use link or download themselves.
