Templates do not offer accountability
Currently when a client skips one or more document requests or does not answer a question, we cannot distinguish if it is because the information no longer applies to them or if they forgot to answer the question/upload a document. We would like the option to configure the "I'm done" option to require a customizable checkbox or some form of user input where they explicitly affirm it does not apply them instead of simply skipping. This way there are held accountable to not submitting documents instead of blaming the software. This would require a pop-up when they do submit "I'm Done" so they review which requests they checked off "Not Applicable" and have to hit "Confirm". We would like an option to customize that text in that final pop-up.
