support worksheet for form 8582 modified agi part II line 6
my current year form 8582, part II line 6, modified adjusted gross income, was less than zero, but the calculation was not supported by a lacerte worksheet. If this number is greater than $150,000 a worksheet is provided and lacerte shows an amount. I felt a worksheet should be provided showing modified adjusted gross income all the time. I spent extra time trying to determine why lacerte did not calculate a number for this box and therefore allowed the special real estate allowance deduction.
