Support the WA Estate Tax Return
I heard through the grapevine that the WA Department of Revenue is working on electronic filing for estate tax returns. It would be wonderful if Lacerte supported the Washington State Estate and Transfer Tax Return and let us e-file it through Lacerte, if/when that's available.
These tax returns are surprisingly common: Washington's threshold is one of the lowest in the country (gross estate over $2.193 million) and due to the local tech industry we have many residents who pass away wealthy enough for their estate to owe a return.
