Stock Ownership Percentages

If there is no K-1 allocation percentage, -1 needs to be entered.  However it doesn't tell you on the screen.  Although other screen   like under Allocation Period Information on the screen 7 instructs to enter (-1=none).  It took me for a while to figure out and ended to contact Intuit support.

Thanks for the idea to add instructions to enter -1 if there is no K-1 allocation percentage (like under Allocation Period Information on the screen 7). We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".
