State and federal should be on one letter

Most tax software put state and federal onto one letter, which is simpler and more direct than having a separate letter for federal and each state. It would be good for ProConnect to have that option

    Thanks for the idea for the option to put state and federal on one letter We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it has been around for over 30 days and no longer considered "New".
