Scroll bar needed

How about a scroll bar like most browser windows? My finger is getting really tired on the scroll wheel all day, especially in these long input screens.

    I would love to see a scroll bar on Proconnect.  It seems i had it earlier this year, but it seems to have disappeared.  I thought maybe I had changed my settings....
