S corp mod screen 2 shares owned
S corp mod screen 2 shares owned needs to say "shares directly owned" as there isn't an attribution box. Husband owns 100% S Corp and employees his wife as officer. I would think that for the 1125-E for a community property state, if a wife is an officer and we disclose her comp, her shares owned are "zero." Under attribution, she owns 100%. However, there isn't a box for constructively owned shares. So there should be a diagnostic or rewording saying "shares directly owned" as there is in the C Corp module.
