Right networks backup frequency 2023 0816

I have the hosted product. Today I lost tax data due to a problem with Right Networks.  The last backup done by R.N. was done 24 hours prior to the data loss.  I suggest more frequent backups. During tax season at least twice per day should be standard.  Should there be more frequent backups?

Thanks for the idea to increase Right network backups during tax season to twice per day. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".
