Require Corporate (1120) NYS Entities to Input Their County and Create a CT-3M Diagnostic
Please create and require a County Input for NYS C-Corporations. Additionally there should be a diagnostic setup for NYS corporations inside the MCTD counties or cities. The fact that there is just a checkbox to indicate you are subject to file a NYS CT-3M and you have to manually check it is not great and can be easily missed. There should be a diagnostic that reads City/County and indicates you may be required to file a CT-3M or better yet if the address is physically in a MCTD location you should have to manually turn the CT-3M off if it does not apply.
