Request to add "Export User Details" in Manage Users (Lacerte/Intuit Admin Portal)
Hello Intuit team,
We"d like an option to export user details from the Manage Users page in the Lacerte/Intuit Admin Portal. Today we manually copy/paste, which is time‑consuming and error‑prone.
Requested capability:
- Export all user records and selected subsets (filters) to CSV/Excel
- Include key fields (name, email, role, status, last login, firm/account, assigned products)
- Respect existing permissions and audit logging
This would streamline user management and reporting for our admins. Thank you for considering this enhancement.
