REP was charged for previously filed returns in Lacerte choice 300
I subscribed to Lacerte choice 300 for 2021 returns in October 2021. I knew that I would have more than 300 returns and wanted to upgrade to 400, but I was told by Lacerte that they didn't have a package that is more than 300, which is not true. Anyways, I now maximized my package and am paying each return that I filed. Here is the problem. Every time, when I clicked on "Form" of a previously filed return, I was requested to authorize a REP and was charged. I called the billing department three times about the issue, but so far it was not resolved. I was told that I needed to request a credit/refund manually. This requires a lot of time, and to track which one is covered by the 300. This is very stressful.
Can Lacerte pay attention to this issue and fix the program?
