rental pro forma only option
It would be nice to have a rental option to pro forma only - no current depreciation and no Sch E generated. Then the information could be kept if rented again in a future year without a blank Sch E. (We have clients who did not rent vacation homes due to COVID and others where homes that were rented and then became personal residence again. Our options are to include the addresses on an otherwise blank Sch E or to remove and need to re-enter all the detail again in a future year if the status changes.)
