Be nice to have the ability to key in a referral and who referred and if a client, you can generate an automatic thank you email and maintains a list of referrals by client. Lacerte you should literally be paying me for all the great tips I provide.

Thanks for the idea to generate automatic thank you emails to people who are referred by user, also creating a list of these new users. We are changing the status to "Open for voting".

I think this is something better asked of a separate CRM rather than the tax software, but that's just my opinion.
