Please change the file name for pdf's of K-1 packages to include the name of the entity rather than the Lacerte client number.

Currently, when printing K-1 packages to be sent to pass-through entity clients via DocuSign or some other electronic method, the default pdf file name is:  the year, followed by the name of the K-1 recipient (i.e. Partner, S-corp shareholder, or beneficiary of the trust/estate) followed by the Lacerte client number.

The K-1 recipient cannot tell from the pdf file name who generated the K-1.  We are having to print the K-1 packages to pdf first, then change the file name to remove the Lacerte client number and replace it with the name of the entity to which the K-1 relates.

For example, ABC LLC is a partnership with 2 shareholders, Dick and Jane. The Lacerte client number is 1000.  Lacerte prints K-1's packages to pdf's with the following pdf file names:  2022_Dick_1000_K1_Partnership and 2022_Jane_1000_K1_Partnership. When we send these K-1 packages electronically to the client with the tax returns, Dick and Jane have no clue what 1000 is. The pdf file name needs to be: 2022_Dick_ABC LLC_K1_Partnership and 2022_Jane_ABC LLC_K1_Partnership.

Our having to change these pdf files names manually before sending to the client adds time to the process and creates potential for typing errors in the pdf file names.
