Put an 'eye on the password screen so you can see the password you are typing
After typing in your password incorrectly so many times you get locked out of your account. If you had an 'eye' on the password block, then you can see the password you are typing incorrectly and then you will not get locked out. I was getting ready to talk to a client about their tax return and typed the password incorrectly. It wasn't till I was locked out that I noticed the 'CAPS' locked was on. Tried calling Lacerte support, with no help!
