Pull Daytime Number into Lacerte Appointment Calendar
Most of our clients have mobile numbers now. The Lacerte appointment calendar pulls in the home number and since most of our clients have mobile numbers, in the Appointment window, the box for phone is empty. We have to open Lacerte to retrieve the mobile number or ask the client for their number.Our front desk reception doesn't have Lacerte open to retrieve the mobile number in most cases.
