Often I speak to technical support and the question does not get resolved despite spending a lot of time on the phone. If I had the option of paying for a higher level Lacerte employee who may be able to resolve the problem it would be productive. I'm sure many practitioners would we willing to pay an hourly rate for time of someone who is better equipped to deal with technical issues. The people I speak to often suggest a calculation challenge, but that is invariably useless.
