There is no way to populate form 3804 in the Individual module.
In order to get the PTE Credit which requires form 3804 from the state of California you have to paper file. This needs to be addressed by Lacerte programmers. I was on the line for over an hour with Lacerte with no success and no admission that it was a problem. That is concerning,
