Pop up preparer notes in Lacerte would be handy
When using UltraTax, I have a screen pop up when you open a client that is for processing notes specific for that client. For example, you can add a note that says "Client likes all payment of taxes to be made electronically" or "Prepare 1098 for mortgage interest received from Bob Smith". This would be more effective than physical notes in a client folder or relying on memory.
