it would be great to have a way to import a price list so the software can automatically generate an invoice based on per form pricing. I have clients that have changed in multiple states, and each additional state is an extra fee

This would be amazing. I switched from ProSeries which had this, but still do the per form pricing to be consistent from before and also to give me a baseline on what I should charge. Now I'm using a calculate I created in Google Sheet to quickly add up what my invoice should be.

I am new, but I plan to use "invoice in quickbooks" and in quickbooks invoice, I have the price per forms I can select for each line.

I am new as well. Not sure how to charge for a federal and each state. I would be very appreciative if Quack_Shot or any one could share with me about the pricing. I pray!

@Sarah Huang Are you curious how much to charge? I can send you a copy of my Google Sheet and then you can mess around with the copy.

Yes, that's so kind of you, Quack_Shot. Do you need my email? I don't know how this work.

@shammond That's a lot of extra work. Why not let the software do it?

@Quack_Shot I'd be interested in that too, please.

Here is a older suggestion of the same thing. Vote there to escalate it's addition to the program.

It already has 13 votes, so bumping that old number up will help.
