1)A diagnostic is the Taxable Amount of a distribution is more than the Gross Distribution.
2)If the (2b) box is checked "Total Distribution" the line is not proformaed to the next year.
3) Change the diagnostic For IRA withdrawals when there is a basis (make the default not to use Form 8606) but say something like "there is a basis and Form 8606 should be used..."
