I have a new computer with an ARM processor. The pdf printer in Lacerte that automatically sends tax returns to SmartVault is not working with the ARM processor. Please create a work around or fix for this.

Hi @jbcllc Great to see you in the Community. We checked on this and the workaround would be use the windows print to pdf feature.

Hi @Kathi_at_Intuit. I'm not sure that would work for my issues. I was receiving an error message when I tried to print directly to SmartVault and also when I tried to use the e-sign feature. The program seemed to be having trouble creating the pdf file with the Lacerte installed Amyuni pdf printer driver. By replacing the pre-installed driver with the driver from the link in the first post of this thread, I can now send files directly to SmartVault and use e-sign. I believe the issue is that I'm using a MacBook Pro with an ARM processor. The linked driver seems to be able to work within that structure.
