Partner ownership percentage presentation
In PC, on the partner percentages screen, we can enter a partners ownership % as xx.xxxxxx (at least the screen says so) however when we go to the preview screen, actual ownership entered doesn't include any zeros. This presentation is sloppy and for a partner with zero beginning numbers, looks like we didn't bother to enter anything. PLEASE change so the percentages are always xx.xxxxxx, even if they are all zeros.
